From 1st July, 2024 crystalline silica stone has been banned in Victoria.
Suppliers have worked hard through extensive research and development to transition products to a crystalline silica-free (CSF) formula with the same colours you know (some exciting new colours too), same superior performance and same warranty.
Geelong’s premium stone supplier and fabricator, Sandman Stone have advised that most suppliers anticipate minimal disruption or delays during the transition to CSF formulas. Stock levels are expected to normalise over the next few months.
